Constitutional Observers

In collaboration with the National Lawyers Guild, Defender Nava believes all humans in America deserve the protections of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.

 

Defender Nava has tirelessly dedicated 17 years of service to our country to defend the United States Constitution. Additionally, he was a professor of law where he taught Constitutional Procedure with an Emphasis on Classism and Racism. Throughout our history, peaceful protests have shaped our Constitution and the protections it provides for all of us.
